The health. moves. minds. fundraiser helps you: 

  • Raise critical dollars to support school-wide priorities; 
  • Achieve more funds for your health and PE program;
  • Expand your donor base to reach more supporters;
  • Engage the entire community; and
  • Build a kinder, healthier school culture.

Interest Form

MOSHAPE Incentive Program for health.moves.minds® Coordinators 

The incentive program consists of:

  1. Recognition on MOSHAPE website for all coordinators who sponsor an event.
  2. School coordinators raising more than $2,000 receive a recognition item at the annual convention.
  3. School coordinators raising more than $5,000 receive a free MOSHAPE registration for the following year's convention.
  4. School coordinators raising more than $10,000, receive a free convention registration to both MOSHAPE and SHAPE America Conventions for the following year.             
  5. All awards are to be designated for the use by one coordinator per school, and cannot be transferred to another member. 
  6. REMEMBER - You can choose to receive up to 50% of all funds raised from this fundraiser to improve your PE program. You will also receive free resources and your students will receive incentive gifts. You also have the option to support a local charity with the funds your raise.
